Purpose

To provide progress update on the Strategic Review of In-House Provider Services project, outlining the emerging options under consideration for each service, and advising of the intention to proceed to public consultation on the proposed options.

Decision

The Committee for Adult Social Care:

1. Noted the aims, objectives, approach and status of the project
2. Noted the options to be consulted upon
3. Noted the ongoing delivery of the project; following consultation, further analysis will be completed, and full options appraisals will be completed to inform outline business case(s) which will be presented for decision in March 2027.
