Purpose

To establish a Task and Finish Group on the Council’s approach to Social Value.

Decision

1. That the Strategy and Resources Policy Committee noted the report and approved the recommended approach in the Terms of Reference (Appendix A) for the Social Value Task and Finish Group.
2. That the Strategy and Resources Policy Committee agreed Cllr Sibusiso Tshabalala as the Chair and membership (as outlined in appendix A) of the Task and Finish Group.
3. Noted that the Social Value Task and Finish Group will report back to the Strategy and Resources Policy Committee upon completion.
