Purpose

To note for information progress on the Homes and Housing Delivery Committee Resident Engagement Task and Finish Group Action Plan. Approved in September 2025.

Decision

The Committee RESOLVED:

1. To note progress against the Resident Engagement Task and Finish Group Action Plan approved by Committee in October 2025.
2. To note the implementation of the Resident Voice Strategy and the development of resident governance, engagement and scrutiny arrangements, including the Resident and Community Panel, Housing Scrutiny Panel, Scrutiny Bootcamps and High-Rise Living Group.
3. To note how resident feedback and involvement are informing service improvement, policy development, resident scrutiny and regulatory assurance across Housing and Landlord Services.
4. To note the remaining actions within the Action Plan and the priorities for delivery during 2026/27.
