Purpose

To approve additional funding required to
conclude the successful delivery of the South Bristol Light
Industrial Workspace Project.

Content

A change request was submitted to WECA
identifying forecast £335,091 of additional delivery costs
related to building contract variations, increases in professional
fees and utilities connection costs. Following WECA’s
approval of the change request this Officer Executive Decision
authorises the acceptance of this funding and approval to make the
necessary adjustments to the Council’s budgets.
