Purpose

Current funding for developing the Outline
Business Case (OBC) was secured from the transport investment block
allocated to BCC in 2022 from the City Region Sustainable Transport
Settlement (CRSTS).
Initial consultancy commission was procured under the Bristol City
Council-Strategic Partnering Initiative with contract value of
circa £68.5k for Workstream 1 (Bridge Condition and
Assessment

Approval of expenditure of £197,485.75
to enable the BCC-SPI consultants provide support services for
development of the Draft OBC and Preliminary Designs by October
2024.
