Purpose

Current funding for developing the Outline
Business Case (OBC) was secured from the transport investment block
allocated to Bristol City Council in 2022 from the City Region
Sustainable Transport Settlement (CRSTS).
Initial consultancy commission was procured under the Bristol City
Council-Strategic Partnering Initiative with contract value of
circa £62.5k for Stage 1a (Bridge Assessment

Approval of expenditure of £260,562 to
enable the Bristol City Council Strategic Partnership Initiative
consultants provide support services for development of the Draft
Outline Business Case and Preliminary Designs by December
2024.
