That the current position in respect of
capital expenditure and receipts following Quarter 1 of the 2023/24
financial year and the proposed revised capital programme for the
four-year period 2023/24 to 2027/28 that was due to be reported to
the Council’s Executive on 20 September 2023 be noted.
