That the latest projected overspend of
£2,142,000 forecast on the controllable budget based on
information as at June 2023 be noted.
 
That the amounts carried forward from the
2022/23 financial year set out in Section 5 of Report CEF23040 be
released.
 
That the Council’s Executive be
recommended to agree the release of funds from the Central
Contingency as set out in Section 6 of Report CEF23040.
