1. 
It be noted that Bromley Council’s allocation
for the Household Support Fund (HSF) for April 2025 to March 2026
is £3,292,087.58;
2. 
The drawdown of this amount from the 2025/26 Central
Contingency to the Operational Housing revenue budget be
approved;
3. 
The full utilisation of this ringfenced grant in
2025/26, as detailed in paragraph 3.4 of the report, be
approved.

The urgency of
this report due to the short notice from DWP and the need to mobilise quickly, ensuring that
the commencement of the Household Support Fund can begin in May be
noted. The release of information pertaining to the Household
Support Fund was embargoed until 19th March 2025 and as
such this report could not be published sooner.
5.
  It be agreed that any
final or additional changes are delegated to the Director of
Housing, Planning, Property and Regeneration in consultation with
the Portfolio Holders for Renewal, Recreation & Housing and
Resources, Commissioning & Contracts Management.
