Subject to final formatting, the final draft of the
homelessness strategy be approved.

2. 
Authority be delegated to the Director Housing,
Planning & Regeneration to finalise the action plan to
implement and deliver the strategy; and,
 

3. 
It be note that the implementation of any of the
proposed actions may be subject to further decision making in
accordance with the Scheme of Delegation.
