1. 
Option 1 and permission to
use the Crown Commercial G-Cloud 14 Framework Agreement
("Framework”) to procure a series of Assistive Technology
contracts on a call-off basis be agreed and award of contracts, via
direct award be approved.

2. 
Authority be delegate to the Director of Adult
Social Care, subject to Agreement from the Assistant Director
Governance & Contracts, the Director of Finance and the
Director of Corporate Services, to approve the award of contracts,
via direct award from the Framework to specialist Assistive
Technology Providers commencing on 1 July 2025 for a one-year
period, ending on 30 June 2026, with an option to extend the
contract for one-year until 30 June 2027.
 

3. 
Authority be delegated to the Director of Adult
Social Care, subject to Agreement from the Assistant Director
Governance & Contracts, the Director of Finance and the
Director of Corporate Services, to exercise the one-year extension
period.  The series of contracts have a
whole life value of £1.4m
inclusive of extension option.
