That the proposed actions outlined in the
Homelessness and Rough Sleeping Strategy Delivery Plan 2025-2030 be
approved.
 
That the proposed key performance indicators
outlined in the Homelessness and Rough Sleeping Strategy Key
Performance Indicator Summary 2025-2030 be approved.
 
That it be noted that the implementation of
specific proposed actions may be subject to further decision making
in accordance with the Scheme of Delegation.
 
That authority be delegated to the Director,
Housing, Planning, Property and Regeneration to review and amend
the Homelessness and Rough Sleeping Strategy Delivery Plan and Key
Performance Indicator Summary annually to reflect progress or
challenges, as well as any legislative changes.
