1. 
The contents of the report be noted, including a
total rephasing of £38.8m from 2025/26 into future years as
detailed in section 4.8 of the report, and agree a revised Capital
Programme:

The following amendments to the Capital Programme be
approved:
 
(a) 
A total increase of £5,194k to various
existing schemes as detailed in paragraph 4.5.1 to 4.5.6 of the
report; and
 
(b) 
A total addition of £1,860k to various schemes
as detailed in paragraph 4.9.2 to 4.9.7 of the report.
 
3. 
The proposed changes relating to post-completion
reports as set out in paragraph 4.13.2 of the report be
agreed.
