The Executive of Bromley Council decided to approve recommendations on 15 October 2025. They agreed to delegate authority to the Portfolio Holder for Resources, Commissioning and Contracts Management, in consultation with directors, to negotiate and finalise commercial terms for the disposal of property at Tilgate Business Park. Authority was also delegated to the Assistant Director of Legal Services to sign necessary legal documents for any disposal.
