Purpose

At its meeting on 17 September 2025, the
Executive considered a report summarising the position regarding
capital expenditure and receipts following the first quarter of
2025/26 and was asked to agree a revised capital programme for the
period 2025/26 to 2029/30. The report highlighted the changes
considered by the Executive for the Environment and Community
Services Portfolio.

by the Executive on 17 September 2025 to the Capital Programme for
the Environment Portfolio.

Reasons for the decision

considered by the Executive in respect of the capital programme for
