Reasons for the decision

report ensures that the Council is implementing best practice in
accordance with the CIPFA Code of Practice for Treasury Management.
Investments as at 30 September 2025 totalled £287.2m
(£296.5m at 30 June 2025) and there was no outstanding
external borrowing.
