The Executive decided on 15/10/2025 to approve the award of a ten-year service contract with a five-year extension option for facilities and building management services at Churchill Court. Authority was delegated to the Director of Housing, Planning, Property and Regeneration, in consultation with specific officers and the Portfolio Holder for Resources, Commissioning and Contact Management, to trigger the break clause and apply the extension. Officers are to consider the condensation of existing KPIs and advise the Chairman of the Executive Resources and Contracts PDS Committee of the outcome.
