The Executive decided to approve the procurement of electricity and gas supply contracts via the Countess of Chester NHS Trust framework. New fixed contracts will commence on 1 August 2025 for electricity and 1 October 2025 for gas. Authority was delegated to the Director of Housing Planning Property & Regeneration to award contracts of variable lengths between one and three years, with annual budgets approved at approximately £2.56M for electricity and £1.1M for gas.
