The Executive decided to approve the adoption of a leasehold model for temporary accommodation acquisition on 25/06/2025. They also approved funding of up to £1m for transaction costs and delegated authority to the Director of Housing, Planning, Property and Regeneration to approve acquisitions and lease arrangements. A dedicated programme board will be created to review and recommend sites for acquisition.
