The Executive of Bromley Council decided on 25/06/2025 to agree the principles and strategy for a combined Highway Works Contract with separate lots. This contract will begin on 1st July 2026 with an initial term of six years, extendable by two further two-year periods, for a whole life value of approximately £75m. A separate procurement exercise will be undertaken for highway drainage cleaning.
