Decision

That the School Condition Allocation of £285,954 from the Department for Education to support the capital maintenance of community and foundation maintained schools within Bromley during 2026/27 be noted.

That the proposed allocation of £286k capital maintenance funding be agreed as set out in Paragraph 5.2 of Report 26026.

That approval be given for projects within the programme to proceed to procurement.

That responsibility be delegated to the Director of Education to agree changes to the programme set out in Paragraph 5.2 of Report 26026.

That it be noted that capital maintenance works will normally be procured in line with the Procurement Strategy for Education Capital Works agreed by the Council’s Executive on 26 November 2025.
