Reasons for the decision

On 19th November 2025, the Adult Care & Health Portfolio Holder (Report no. ACH25-066) agreed to proceed to procurement for a combined Sensory Enablement provider to support residents with hearing and vision impairments, to allow for a new contract to commence on 1st October 2026.

The tender evaluation is now complete and the current service arrangements will end on 30th September 2026.
