The Portfolio Holder for Environment and the Portfolio Holder for Transport, Highways and Road Safety endorsed the ambitions, actions and success measures set out in the draft 2026/27 Environment & Community Services Portfolio Plan.

The Portfolio Plan report outlined the draft Environment & Community Services Portfolio Plan for 2026/27 for scrutiny by the Environment & Community Services PDS Committee and recommended that the Portfolio Holders endorse the draft plan.

Reasons for the decision

The Council’s service delivery and Councillor responsibilities have been aligned behind publicly identified priorities known as portfolios. Annually, Portfolio Plans are set which contribute towards the Council’s delivery of its long-term vision as presented in the Corporate Strategy, ‘Making Bromley Even Better’ and the implementation of the transformation programme, ‘Transforming Bromley’
