1. 
The award of the Residential Care Services block
contract be approved as set out in the accompanying Part 2 report, the block contract
being for 20 beds for a two-year contract commencing 1 April 2024
with the option to extend for up to a further two
years.

 

2. 
Delegated authority to the Director of Adult Social
Care be approved, subject to agreement with the Portfolio Holder,
the Assistant Director Governance & Contracts, the Director of
Finance and Director of Corporate Services, to apply the two-year
extension option.
