That
1)
The addition of £4.133m to the York Rise Capital Programme be
approved to allow completion of construction works, funded through
£2.25m of additional GLA funding, £120k of s106
contributions, £906k forward funded for the performance bond
and £857k additional external borrowing.
2)
It be agreed to Forward Fund the Conditional Performance Bond of
£905,606 for use towards the scheme, as set out in paragraphs
3.33-3.34 of the report.
3)
It be noted that the GLA have provided a further grant of
£2.25m towards the scheme, authority to accept this grant has
already been provided in previous committee reports.
4)
The release of £120k from unallocated Section 106
contributions be approved to support the completion of the York
Rise development.
5)
The award of a Design and Build JCT contract to the Contractor
named in the Part 2 Report, via the Pretium Herts, Beds and Bucks
Development Framework, for the amount laid out in the Part 2
Report to remediate and complete works on site at York Rise be
approved.
