The Portfolio Holder for Environment and the Portfolio Holder for Transport, Highways and Road Safety noted and acknowledged the changes agreed by the Executive on 7th February 2024 with respect to the Environment Portfolio Capital Programme.

Reasons for the decision

At its meeting on 7th February 2024, the Executive considered a report summarising the current position on capital expenditure and receipts following the third quarter of 2023/24 and was asked to agree a revised capital programme for the period 2023/24 to 2027/28. The ECS Capital Programme Monitoring Report highlighted the changes considered by the Executive in respect of the Capital Programme for the Environment and Community Services Portfolio. The revised Programme for the ECS Portfolio was set out in the report.
