Decision

The Environment Portfolio Holder agreed to the proposed additional measures of mitigation detailed in the report to minimise disruption to the operational  delivery of the Council's waste management service and continue to provide a household reuse and recycling centre to residents during the capital works.

Reasons for the decision

Mitigation measures are required to minimise any disruption to the operational delivery of the Council's waste management service, and to the visitors of the Council's Household Re-use and Recycling Centre at Waldo Depot, due to its temporary closure whilst receiving capital works.
