The Environment Portfolio Holder noted that
the unspent balance of £8,780 had been removed from the
Capital Programme.
 
The Portfolio Holder endorsed the findings of
the post completion review for the Betts Park Canal Stabilisation
Scheme as outlined in the report.
 
The Portfolio Holder agreed that the scheme
could now be removed from the Capital Programme.

Reasons for the decision

As part of the Capital Programme Procedures it
was a requirement that capital schemes should be formally reviewed
following their completion and that the outcome of the review be
brought to the Portfolio Holder for endorsement.
