Purpose

That the report be noted in considering the recommendations in the Part 2 (Exempt) report that details the tender outcome and seeks approval for the award of contract.

That delegated authority be granted to the Chief Officer to approve the extension option in due course, subject to the agreement of the Assistant Director: Governance and Contracts, the Director of Corporate Services and Governance and the Director of Finance as determined by the Contract Procedure Rules.

Reasons for the decision
