The Portfolio Holder for Environment, along
with the Portfolio Holder for Transport, Highways and Road Safety
noted and acknowledged the capital programme changes to be put to
the Executive on 29 November 2023.

Reasons for the decision

On 29th November 2023, the Executive will
receive a report summarising the current position on capital
expenditure and receipts following the second quarter of 2023/24,
and be asked to agree a revised Capital Programme for the period
2023/24 to 2027/28. The Capital Monitoring report highlighted the
changes that would be proposed the Executive and the Leader in
respect of the Capital Programme for the Environment and Community
Services Portfolio and the Portfolio Holders supported the proposed
changes.
