Street, Bromley BR1 1RH be authorised and to proceed to completion with
the transaction.

Authority be delegated to the Director of Housing,
Planning and Regeneration to finalise terms of sale in order to proceed with the transaction and
conclude the disposal.

Authority be delegated to the Director of
