The Cabinet of Bury Council approved the draft Elton Reservoir Development Framework for consultation on 11 February 2026. The framework sets out the masterplan and phasing strategy for the Elton Reservoir site. The Executive Director of Place was delegated power to make minor non-material editorial amendments before consultation.
