Employment Appeals

The Employee Appeals Committee hears appeals related to the Council's disciplinary, capability, and grievance procedures. A panel of three trained councillors considers these appeals. All meetings are held in private due to the confidential nature of the business, as permitted by the Local Government Act 1972.
