This committee provides an early opportunity for developers to present proposed projects to elected councillors before submitting a formal planning application. Councillors can offer feedback and raise questions at this preliminary stage, which developers can then address. While these meetings are open to the public, they are advisory only and do not influence the final decision-making process for planning applications, which will follow established council procedures.
