Approve the disposal of the Council’s freehold interest in 3-5 Coldham Lane, Cambridge to Railpen.

To delegate authority to the Director of Economy & Place or Chief Property Surveyor to finalise terms of disposal.

Decision

The Cabinet unanimously approved to

      i.         disposal of the Council’s freehold interest in 3-5 Coldham Lane, Cambridge to Railway Pension Nominees Limited (Railpen).

    ii.         To delegate authority to the Director of Economy & Place or Chief Property Surveyor to finalise the terms of disposal.
