A Recommend to the CA Board to approve the allocated spend of proposed Section 106 developer funds, with delegated authority to the Assistant Director of Public Transport in consultation with the Chief Finance Officer and Monitoring Officer, subject to further detailed design of service improvements and enhancements.
B Recommend to the CA Board to approve the award to Stagecoach East with a grant funding agreement (GFA) to maintain the socially necessary route, the Cambridge – Northstowe Citi 5 service, via S106 funding, subject to the successful completion of a subsidy control assessment by the Assistant Director of Public Transport.
C Recommend to the CA Board to approve the allocated spend of S106 funds within Northstowe and Sawtry, when it relates to ongoing community transport projects with delegated authority to the Assistant Director of Public Transport in consultation with the Chief Finance Officer and Monitoring Officer to enter into grant funding agreements.
D Note the follow-on work and detailed design of available developer funding into the Network Reimagining project and the future pipeline of CPCA S106 detailed in ‘caseload four’ in s.3.2.
