The Chief Executive approved a change request to carry forward £242,000 of underspend from the 2025-26 budget to the 2026-27 budget. This decision was made on 30/04/2026 to fully complete agreed outcomes for the Digital Connectivity Strategy 2025-2029. The approved action includes awarding a further 10 grants for Digital Hubs and reviewing a partnership agreement for mobile coverage improvements.
