A. To recommend to the CA Board to agree to a novation requested by Sage Homes Limited to transfer all the rented units at Wisbech Road, March to Sage Rented Homes Limited, an internal company within Sage Homes, and to delegate authority to the Director of Place and Economy, in consultation with the Chief Finance Officer and Monitoring Officer, to enter into the Novation Agreement.
