A.    To recommend that the Combined Authority Board approve the Shareholder documentation as appended at Appendix B and D.

B.    To delegate authority to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), in consultation with the Chief Financial Officer and Monitoring Officer, to sign the relevant documents to give effect to the approved share capital reduction on behalf of the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Combined Authority (CPCA) as sole shareholder
