RESOLVED –
 

(i)        
THAT the procurement strategy, which includes (i) a price/quality
split of 60/40 and concession contract term of 1 year for an
estimated aggregate value (including extensions) of £230,000
and (ii) the purchase of one additional lamp column charge point
for a new coach bay on Kentish Town Road, be approved;
 

(ii)        THAT
the extension of Ubitricity’s contract from 17th December
2024 for a period of two months, for an estimated revenue value of
£38,000, be approved; and   
 

(iii)       THAT a
waiver be granted to extend the contract in line with Contract
Standing Order F3.1.
