RESOLVED –
 

(i)           
THAT the report and the highway authority’s comments be
noted;
 

(ii)         
THAT the advertising of the draft stopping up order for public
consultation to stop up all the land shown on the plan in Appendix
1 be approved;
 

(iii)        
THAT the order be made and final advertisement take place should no
objections be received, or if all objections are withdrawn;
 

(iv)        
THAT if objections are received which are not withdrawn, but the
applicant wishes to proceed with the stopping up order, the Mayor
of London should be notified so a decision on whether to hold a
public inquiry can be made, as required by legislation;
 

(v)         
THAT if a public inquiry is required by the Mayor of London, it can
be arranged and undertaken; and
 

(vi)        
THAT, if the Mayor of London allows for the order to be made
without a public inquiry, the order can be made.
