Purpose

To consider the adoption of the Holborn Vision as a
Supplementary Planning Document

Content

Consideration was given to a report of the Director of
Economy, Regeneration and Investment.
 
DECISION –
 
THAT, the Cabinet Member for Planning and a Sustainable Camden,
having considered responses to consultation (as set out in section
5 and Appendix 2), and having due regard to the Equalities Impact
Assessment (Appendix 3) and Section 149 of the Equality Act 2010
(the Public Sector Duty):
 

     
i)        
Agrees the adoption Holborn Vision as a Supplementary Planning
Document; and
 

    
ii)        
Delegates authority to the Chief Planning Officer to make minor
revisions to the Supplementary Planning Document where necessary in
advance of publication of the adoption statement and final
Supplementary Planning Document on the Councils website.
