DECISION –
 
THAT, the Cabinet Member for Planning and a Sustainable Camden
approves the procurement strategy for Cleaning and Maintenance of
Public Conveniences, which includes a price/quality split of 40/60
and contract term of 8 years with a break clause at 4 years, and
then one break clause annually thereafter, with an estimated
aggregate value of £2,800,000.
