RESOLVED –
 
THAT the following be approved:-
 

(i)          
Contract for the Mental Health Supported Living –
North
The variation of the contract with St Mungo’s in order to
extend the current arrangement from 1 April 2025 to 31 March 2026
at a cost of £702,188  and a waiver,
subject to agreement by the Executive Director Corporate Services
and approval by the Cabinet Member for Health, Wellbeing and Adult
Social Care, to implement the variation as it is not permissible
under the terms of the contract as required under Contract Standing
Order (CSO) E2.2 and in line with CSO F3.4.
 

(ii)         
Contract for the Mental Health Supported Living – Adamson
Road
The variation of the contract with St Mungo’s in order to
extend the current arrangement from 1 April 2025 to 31 March 2026
at a cost of £525,244 and a waiver, subject to agreement by
the Executive Director Corporate Services and approval by the
Cabinet Member Health, Wellbeing and Adult Social Care, to
implement the variation as it is not permissible under the terms of
the contract as required under CSO E2.2 and in line with CSO
F3.4.
 

(iii)       
Contract for the Mental Health Supported Living –
South
The variation of the contract with St Mungo’s in order to
extend the current arrangement from 1 May 2025 to 31 March 2026 at
a cost of £1,033,044 and a waiver, subject to agreement by
the Executive Director Corporate Services and approval by the
Cabinet Member Health, Wellbeing and Adult Social Care to implement
the variation as it is not permissible under the terms of the
contract as required under CSO E2.2 and in line with CSO F3.4.
 

(iv)       
Contract for the Mental Health Supported Living – Cliff
Road
The variation of the contract with Riverside in order to extend
the current arrangement from 1 June 2025 to 31 March 2026 at a cost
of £275,277 and a waiver, subject to the approval of the
Executive Director Corporate Services, to implement the variation
as it is not permissible under the terms of the contract as
required under CSO E2.2 and in line with CSO F3.3.
 

(v)         
Contract for the Mental Health Supported Living –
Maygrove
The variation of the contract with Riverside in order to extend
the current arrangement from 1 October 2025 to 31 March 2026 at a
cost of £179,375 and a waiver, subject to the approval of the
Executive Director Corporate Services, to implement the variation
as it is not permissible under the terms of the contract as
required under CSO E2.2 and in line with CSO F3.3.
 

(vi)       
Contract for the Mental Health Supported Living –
Central
The variation of the contract with Riverside in order to extend
the current arrangement from 1 October 2025 to 31 March 2026 at a
cost £346,797 and a waiver, subject to the approval of
Executive Director Corporate Services, to implement the variation
as it is not permissible under the terms of the contract as
required under CSO E2.2 and in line with CSO F3.3.
 
 

(vii)      
Contract for the Mental Health Supported Living – Tile
House (Intensive Support)
The variation of the contract with Riverside in order to extend
the current arrangement from 1 April 2025 to 31 March 2026 at a
cost of £489,667 and a waiver, subject to the approval of the
Executive Director Corporate Services, to implement the variation
as it is not permissible under the terms of the contract as
required under CSO E2.2 and in line with CSO F3.3.
