RESOLVED –
 
That,
 following consultation with the Cabinet Member
for Health, Wellbeing and Adult Social Care, the procurement
strategy as set out in this report, for two Lots both for a
contract term of five years, be approved. Lot 1 will have an
estimated total contract value of £1,500,000 and a 40% price
/ 60% quality split. Lot 2 will have an estimated total contract
value of £300,000 and will be evaluated on a 100% quality
basis within the maximum £60,000 per year ‘invest to
save’ budget.
