RESOLVED –
 
THAT having considered the results of the consultation (section
5 and Appendix E of the report), the Equality Impact Assessment
(EqIA) (section 4  and Appendix C of
the report) and having had due regard to the duties set out in
section 149 of the Equality Act 2010, and subject to compliance
with relevant statutory requirements, and following consultation
with the Cabinet Member for Planning and a Sustainable Camden, the
following be approved:
 

1.           
The rapid EVCP outside the play centre on Whitfield Street should
proceed to implementation;

2.           
The rapid EVCP outside 116-118 on Fortune Green Road should proceed
to implementation;

3.           
The rapid EVCP outside Wendling Estate on Haverstock Road should
proceed to implementation;

4.           
The rapid EVCP outside 10 Spring House on Spring Place should
proceed to implementation;

5.           
The rapid EVCP opposite 86 Stanfield House on Prince Arthur Road
should proceed to implementation;

6.           
The rapid EVCP opposite 2 Croftdown Road should
proceed to implementation;

7.           
The rapid EVCP at the side of 75 Caversham Road on Bartholomew Road
should proceed to implementation;

8.           
The rapid EVCP opposite 1-12 Toneborough on Abbey Road
should proceed to implementation;

9.           
The rapid EVCP opposite 1-35 Chalton House on Chalton Street should
proceed to implementation; and

10.        
The rapid EVCP opposite Webheath on Netherwood Street
should proceed to implementation, subject to contract variation and
availability of additional Council capital and / or other funding
sources.

11.        
That parking spaces be converted from other uses to facilitate
dedicated electric vehicle charging spaces in points 1 to 10 above,
and as detailed in Section 2 of the report. 
12.        
That authority be delegated to the Chief Engineer to take all
further decisions required for implementation of the proposals,
including detail design considerations.
