RESOLVED –
 
THAT, following consultation with the Cabinet Member for Finance
and Cost of Living, it be agreed
 
1.   
To proceed with the proposed procurement strategy which is to
utilise the CCS G-Cloud Framework 14 to procure software licences
and delivery partner.
2.   
To source for an initial contract term of 3 years with an option to
extend for 1 additional year to a total value of £1.431,000
over 4 years as set out in the report.
3.   
To agree the proposed evaluation criteria based on technical
suitability (pass/fail), price (90%) and Social Value (10%).
