DECISION –
 
THAT, following consultation with the
Director of Environment and Sustainability, the Cabinet Member for
Planning and Sustainable Camden agrees to:
 

     
i)        
Delegates authority to the Director of Environment and
Sustainability to apply to the Secretary of State for an order to
introduce a Borough Lane Rental scheme, following consideration of
the outcome of the consultation; and
 

    
ii)        
Approves the implementation and operation of a Lane Rental scheme,
subject to the Secretary of State approval being obtained.
