THAT the Director of Property Management approves the award of
the contracts for energy efficiency improvement works at:
i) Chester Court in the sum of £1,431,125 and
ii) 13-29 Belmont Street and 50 Fitzjohn’s Avenue, in the
sum of £1,312,201
to AD Construction Group. The works will take place in 2025 and
possibly Quarter 1 2026.
