Purpose

This report seeks approval of the award of the contract
for Crabtree Fields green spaces landscape improvements to Ginkgo
Landscape Contractors.
 
The contract is due to commence in February 2025 for a
period of 4 months, plus an additional 12 months for landscape
maintenance and the defects liability period, for an estimated
total value of £270,655.96.
 
This report is being presented to the Director of
Recreation in line with Contract Standing Orders.
